blue mission

A mai nap elég rohanósra sikerült, éppen hogy sikerült odaérnem az intézetbe, ahol végül atka allergiával diagnosztizáltak. Nem épp egy jó dolog, de azért emiatt nem jön el a világvége sem. A nagyon kedves doktornővel való beszélgetés után az Aréna felé vettem az irányt és ha már épp ott sikerült bemennem ahol, hát beugrottam a MAC-be:D

Kisebb válogatás után végül egy szemcerka és egy tus mellett döntöttem, na milyen színben? Igen, kék. A cerka a Powerpoint családba tartozik, Navy Stain névre hallgat és eredetileg a nyári In the groove kollekcióval debütált. A tus a nem is oly régi Fabulous Felines kollekció Palace Pedigree részéhez tartozó Signature Blue liner. Na lássuk azt a kékséget.

Today was very busy, I almost managed to be late for my appointment. After getting there I got my diagnose, I have a mite allergy, not the best news I ever got, but I don't think that it means the end of the world. After chatting a bit with the very nice doctor lady I went to the Arena plaza, and the kind destiny had lead me to the entrance which happens to be right next to the MAC shop. I was there, the shop was there so I went in and after a little quest I found two blue liners to buy. One is the Powerpoint pencil Navy Stain, which came out with the In the groove collection. The other one is the Signature Blue Superslick liner form the Palace Pedigree section of the Fabulous Felines release. So let's see those blues.

Kezdeném a Powerpoint cerkával, amelyből már rendelkezem egy feketével, ezért bíztam ebben a kékben is. Sajnos a kettő kicsit eltér egymástól. A fekete  erősebb, míg ez a kék színben nem olyan erős, és nem lehet egyenletesen felvinni, mivel kicsit túlságosan krémes. Kicsit mint ha darabos lenne. A színe viszont gyönyörű, amolyan fémes csillogású mély kék. Nagyon tetszik, és biztos vagyok benne, h meg fogom találni a módját, h használni tudjam.

A Superslick tusokat kihagytam, amikor a kollekciót nálunk is piacra dobták, és így visszagondolva úgy érzem egy hiba volt. Amikor a boltban megláttam, h még van belőle pár darab, akkor nagyon megörültem. Gyorsan leteszteltem a kéket, és szerelem volt első érzésre. A szín egy gyönyörű szinte matt sötét királykék, gyorsan szárad, a kis filchegy pedig pont elég merev ahhoz, h egyszerű legyen vele vonalat húzni, viszont pont elég puha ahhoz, h ne szúrja ki vele az ember a saját szemét. Ami még tetszett, h a kupak relatív hosszú, így nagyon kényelmes fogni. Lehet visszanézek még, h a többi szín, h mutat rajtam és beszerzek még egy-egy darabot.

The pointed little applicator is very nice.

I'll start with the Powerpoint pencil. I already had one in black, and it's my fav, so when I bought this blue one I was hoping for somthing similar. Sadly it's not so pigmented as the black, you need more layers to achive the color, and also it has very creamy texture, which can be a bit harder to handle. The color is really beautiful, it's a deep navy blue with a metal sheen. I'm sure I'll find a way to use the pencil.

When the Superslick liners came out I skipped them and I think that was a mistake. So when I saw in store, that they still have some to sell I was very happy. I tested the blue and loved it from the first line. Applying is very easy, cause the tip is stiff enough to pull a precise fine line, but it is also soft enough, to not poke out your eye. Also the cap is a bit longer, than usually, so it is really comfortable in your hand. Color payoff is great, and the blue is a nearly matt deep royal kind of color. I may go back to check out the other colors.

Comparing MAC liner to the Essence one.

Mivel nemrég beszereztem egy Essence tust is, ezért gondoltam összehasonlítom őket. Ahogy az a képeken is látszik a MAC sokkal sötétebb, semmi lilás nincs benne, nem ecsetes, hanem filces végű és korántsem olyan csíkos, mint az Essence. 

Not so long ago I bought an Essence liner, so I thought I compare the two. As you can see on the pics, the MAC one is much darker, has no purple tint, does not have a brush applicator, and is not as streaky as the Essence one.

Összességében meg vagyok elégedve mindkettővel, főleg a folyékony tussal, de biztos vagyok benne, h nem ők voltak az utolsók.

Overall I like the products, and love the liner, but I'm also sure, that these two were not the last ones I bought to expand my little blue collection.
