Az előző posztban már kaptatok egy kis ízelítőt, most pedig következzen az Essence Color&Shine szemfestékek értékelése.

Nemrég, amikor az Arénában jártam beugrottam a Claire's üzletbe, ahol nem csak fülbevalót, de körömlakkot is vettem. Nem ismertem előtte márkát, így csak hármat vettem, egy csillogósat, egy mattot és egy csillámosat. Mind nagyon ígéretesnek tűnt, de volt, amiben sajnos csalódnom kellett.

Last time, when I was at the Arena plaza I went into the Claire's store to get me some earrings, and I also bought some polishes. From the wide range I got a shimmery, a matt and a glittery one. They all seemed to be great at first sight, but some of them did not meet my expectations.

Még november végén rendeltem magamnak egy táskát az amazonról és kezdtem azt hinni, h sosem fogom megkapni.  Amikor a nyomkövetésnél azt láttam, h már 2 napja Pesten rostokol  a csomagom írtam a vevőszolgálatnak, ahol adtak egy telószámot, ahol ismét adtak egy számot.. hogy én ezt mennyire imádom. Na az utolsó megadott elérhetőség volt a DHL vámosztálya, ahol egy roppant bunkó ügyfélszolgálatos hölggyel sikerült beszélnem. Én magam is ügyfélszolgálaton dolgozom és ilyen hozzáállással hamar eltanácsolnák az tuti. Olyan dolgokra gondolok, h amikor azt mondta, h küldtek nekem sms-t én pedig elmondtam neki, h semmiféle értesítést nem kaptam tőlük, ahelyett, h elnézést kért volna csak azt hajtogatta, h de bizony, ők kontaktáltak engem. Sőt, alig hagyta, h végig mondjak akár egy mondatot is, állandóan a szavamba vágott. Mindegy, legalább a melóját elvégezte, bár amikor még egyszer felhívott még mindig abban a na rendezzük le gyorsan stílusban beszélt velem. Amikor pedig végre sikerült rendbe tenni a papírokat, akkor a futár azon pampogott anyunak, h miért nincs feltüntetve a csomagon, h melyik emelet. Az tény, h ezt valamiért nem mentette el a rendszer, de az ne az én hibám legyen már, h ő hülye ahhoz, h megnézze a postaládán a kiírást vagy, h a pontos emelet és ajtószám nélkül ő kapásból a másodikon kezdi a keresést. Igen, mi az elsőn lakunk. A jövőben ha lehet tuti elkerülöm őket, mert abszolút nem ügyfél orientáltak.

A táska amúgy imádnivaló, ma egész nap ezzel rohangáltam, elég strapabírónak tűnik, tágas is, cuki. Egyetlen hibája, h nincs rajta semmi, amivel le lehetne zárni, így azt lehet, h utólag fogom pótolni:D

I ordered myself a bag (tote) from the amazon site but after a while I started to think, that I will never get it. The whole story was a big pain in the ass, but with a happy ending. When I ordered the bag I saw that tracking is available and the package will be carried by DHL. As a naughty little child I looked every day where my beloved bag is and I saw that it is not moving, it's still in Budapest. So I contacted the international customer service, they sent me a number, which I called and got another number. Yay, I'm lovin it. I called the last one, where I got a very grumpy and bounder (?) lady. She barely let me say anything, or finish any sentence. Also she said, that DHL sent me text message that there are problems with the paperwork, and when I replied that I got no message from them she just continued to repeat herself. I work as a helpdesk agent myself, and in this case the correct answet to the customer would have been: sorry that you did not receive our message, or anything like that. Her attitude is an absolute no go for this job. Ok, so she sent me the papers I had to fill out, I sent them back to her and got another call from her. She was still very rude, but at least she did her job. Then finally my package was proceeded so the courier guy took it to my mom and bitched about the missing door and floor number. Somehow the system did not save these data, when I placed my order, but I'm not responsible for his stupidity. I mean the numbers are on our mailbox, which is at the entrance of the house, in a very good to see position. Also even not knowing the correct floor and door number he went straight to the second floor, and started his quest from there. As you may guess, yes we live on the first floor. In the future I will try to avoid this company, cause they're totally not customer orientated.

So, to the bag, which I carried with myself the whole day, it's fantastic, the textile is great, it's cute and I just love it. Only con is that it has no secure closure, so I may add that later.

douglas eyeshadow palette

A minap sikerült betévednem egy Douglas üzletbe (láthatatlan erők vonzottak be), ahol a sok csillogó csomag és egyéb között megláttam pár tökéletesen egyszerű, csöppet sem hivalkodó fekete palettát. Kicsit alaposabban szemügyre vettem őket. Összesen öt különböző színskálában pompáznak - kék, zöld, lila, barna és szürke - mindegyikük öt szemfestéket tartalmaz, és két kicsi applikátort. Miután megnéztem az árukat és persze a festékeket úgy döntöttem kettővel megajándékozom magam. Nehéz kitalálni, a posztban eme apróságokról lesz szó. Előre is bocs a nem túl jó képekért, de mindenképp meg akarom mutatni a palettákat, mert szerintem aranyos ajándék lehet bárkinek.

Not so long ago I stumbled into a Douglas shop (oh those mighty forces), where among all those bling bling packages I saw a few plain black palettes. I went to take a closer look and saw that there are five different of them - blue, green, purple, brown and grey - and every of them contains five different shadows. After seeing the price tag and testing the shadows I bought myself two of them, and now I'm going to do a little review. Sorry for the crappy pics, but it's already dark when I get home and I would like to show these babies before Christmas, cause they can make a nice present.
